Bhagavad Gita and its message with Text, Translation
Sri Aurobindo, one of the greatest Yogis and philosopher of our age, was educated at the St, Paul's school and Cambridge university in England. Though an Indian by birth, he received a thorough grounding in western literature and civilisation and was regarded as a brilliant scholar of Green and Latin. A master of English language as well, he could effectively translate the original Sanskrit in to erudite English, a feat difficult enough with out adding the difficulty of capturing the subtle sense of philosophical, spiritual and psychological passages. A poet in his own right, the author could maintain even in translation the indefinable extra rhythmic sense that conveys the energy and the subtle vibrations of the original.
