Regardless of physical ability or injury, the use of props allows everyone to receive the benefits of these poses. Restorative Yoga Therapy includes over one hundred photos and clear instructions for seated and supine forward bends, back bends, twists, and inversions, as well as breath work and final relaxation poses. Carey also provides helpful hints and suggested poses to relieve common complaints, including stress, lower back pain, stiff shoulders, PMS and menopause discomfort, and overexertion.

If there are any delays, you will be advised by email, or phone. All orders within Australia are sent by Australia Post parcel service, or by courier. Orders outside Australia are sent using Australia Post

If a card has been left and the courier company has not been contacted by you

If a redelivery is required due to inaccessable or large dogs.

If this is the case, the cost of redelivery will be charged back to you.
